Granny in a rollator

2 weeks and 2 days without training. 7 days of antibiotics. Millions of puzzle pieces. 5 books. Lots of bad tv-programs. Huge picture of my ass on the sofa.

Yesterday I walked easily 1h25min with my friend. My other lung is still useless. My heart is beating too much. The highlight of today was to have a picnic with friends. After that I escaped the four walls at home. On the way, I made a nice walk in the national park of Leivonmäki. It was too nice and took too long. I feel as strong as a granny in a rollator competition.

Lung fever

The WOC-TC in France is cancelled. I’ve got lung fever and no permission to do anything for a while, for an eternity it seems. The funny thing is that I’m not feeling too sick. I thought that you should feel like shit all the time when you have this one but Ive been quite okay today and just feeling bored to rest. That’s still the only thing I’m allowed to do. Luckyly I loaned 5 books yesterday so I can start my nerdie life with them now.

Obviously there will be no good news, nice maps nor big smilies coming from this direction any time soon.

10-1, bug is leading

I have one day left till the doomsday. When I woke up this morning with some nice coughing sessions I didn’t have any fever. The last 10 days I’ve had it more or less every day. On Sunday, I thought or merely wished I was better already and made an one hour long easy jogging tour. Yesterday, I was in the bed again and coughing more than before. It’s starting to get quite desperate. My biggest wish at the moment is to be able to get into the plane towards France and to be able to WALK there. Just to see the terrains and feel the rocks.

Sweat

We’re on a TC in Anttolan Hovi again. I’ve been having really sweatty trainings especially during the nights as I’m still having fever. Fortunately, I got antibiotics yesterday so maybe it’ll get better now. I think 6 days of fever is my personal record.

So it’s been like been on a vacation. I’ve been just laying on my bed and eating. Pasi will head towards Joensuu tomorrow, but I’ll just take my stuff and go home. Our WOC-camp in France starts next week, so I’m really in a hurry to get better in order to make some trainings there.
