We came back from the sunny Switzerland on Sunday to face the fact that there’s still so much snow in the woods here at home. My TC went mostly in the toilet so it wasn’t really a succes. Luckyly, the feeling in my tummy is getting better and i’ve been able to start to make some stomache-friendly excercises like cycling and easy jogging. Our own long distance competition should have been yesterday but one third of the folks were just wommiting in the bathroom. After laying some two days in the bed, we’re all feeling better now and maybe even making some kinda walk in the forest tomorrow. Anyway, summer is nice and spirit is good, so it’s quite nice here.
I’ll be better,

At first we had a nice sprint competition and it went quite nicely. Now we’re getting ready for a long distance tomorrow and trying to find some engine. The Swiss champs weill be held in the weekend and even though the body’s not quite ready to train I enjoy the sun and the weather after so many snowy runs in Finland.
I’ll be back
