The Evora region in Portugal is full of cows. I don’t wonder why as the big animals usually know how to enjoy their lives just eating and carrying their huge tits on a nice golf course. It’s nice for an orienteer too to get to run on pure grass.

My trainings have been okay. The back problems and whisky voice still give some trouble but I’ve started to find some controls now and find some drive, too. The best things here are still the warmth, the light and the good company and bad jokes. It’s not a trouble for me that everything’s not going perfectly now as I’m still more interested in and excited of the competitions in Holmenkollen than my own ones which actually start tomorrow. Tomorrow is the first big start of the year in POM and I hope I’ll make a nice run there. After tomorrow it’s time to head back home again…
